Greg Phillips:

As the founder and President of Phillco, Greg brings over 40 years of construction experience to the team. Having worked for large and small contractors in the Kansas City area, Greg is well aware of the need for good communication both internally and externally. Greg has experience in all aspects of general contracting, including estimating, scheduling, field operations, and project management. Greg handles the day-to-day management of Phillco as well as some of the Project Management of projects.

Nathan Sobba:

Nathan graduated from Kansas State University in 2003 with a Construction Science and Management degree. Since graduating, he has worked in the Kansas City construction market on projects ranging from $20,000 to $50 million. Nathan can take your project from conception to completion as he has had the rare opportunity to work in all aspects of construction, including sales, estimating, project management and supervision.

Toby Wilborn:

Toby is a Field Superintendent with over 20 years of construction experience throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Toby began his career as a concrete worker and has extensive experience in all aspects of concrete experience. Toby has been the Phillco superintendent for many of Phillco’s projects. Toby takes great pride in partnering with his owners to make sure that their expectations are met or exceeded. This allows for a smoother turnover of his projects.

Richard Orona:

Richard is a Field Superintendent with over 40 years of construction experience in the Kansa City metropolitan area. A carpenter by trade, Richard has experience in all aspects of fieldwork and takes great pride in bringing projects in safely, on budget, and ahead of schedule. Richard understands that everyday projects bring new challenges and takes great pride in solving those challenges to get projects completed on time and to our owner’s satisfaction.

Ross Messina:

Results-driven Construction Superintendent with a strong foundation in residential construction and hands-on field experience managing crews, schedules, and subcontractors. Former Division I baseball player who brings leadership, discipline, and a competitive team-first mindset to every project. Eager to leverage residential expertise while successfully transitioning into new commercial construction environments, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Patricia Heiman:

Patricia is Phillco’s office manager and handles the day-to-day administrative activities, assists with Project Management and accounting duties. Patricia has years of experience in this role and is instrumental in keeping us all moving in the right direction.

Mick Tracz:

Mick is a Field Superintendent with over 40 years of experience managing projects from the field.  Mick is dedicated to keeping his projects on time by keeping the site a safe and clean space for all subcontractors to work effectively.  Mick keeps all parties involved in the project up to date with daily communication and will work to increase productivity and constructability of his projects.  Mick has experience in projects ranging from $50,000 to $20,000,000.
